What you’ll do
- Own the full‑cycle recruiting process for physical therapists plus front‑office, billing/RCM, PT techs/aides, PTAs, PAs, and NPs.
- Source creatively, screen quickly, and sell candidates on why Innovative is the place to be.
- Hit the phones, DM on LinkedIn, and build a healthy pipeline every day.
- Represent Innovative at career fairs and help strengthen relationships with PT and PTA programs.
- Track every touchpoint in Zoho/CareerPlug and report weekly metrics.
- Keep refining our playbook with fresh sourcing hacks and market intel.
What you’ll bring

1+ year of recruiting experience — OR strong college sales/organization experience
- Bachelor’s degree (recent grads welcome).
- Fearless phone energy and a genuinely positive attitude.
- Curiosity: you ask “why” and never stop learning.
- Organized mind: you can juggle 20 open reqs without dropping details.
Nice‑to‑haves (not deal‑breakers)
- Exposure to healthcare, PT, or high‑volume hiring.
- Social‑media sourcing chops (LinkedIn, Facebook groups, etc.).
