Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals.
- Utilize evidence-based techniques and modalities to enhance recovery.
- Educate patients on exercises and lifestyle modifications for optimal health.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in physical therapy.
Requirements:
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Delaware.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and education.
- CPR and First Aid certification required.
